Realin Holdings Ltd. builds residential and commercial property with a simple commitment: what we show you is what gets built, and it gets handed over when we said it would.

Every project starts with the site. We plan around how light moves across the plot, where the noise comes from, and how a family actually uses a home from morning to night. Only then do we draw the floor plates. That order of work is why our apartments tend to be corner or through units, why the balconies are deep enough to sit on, and why the service areas are kept out of the way.

How we work

Our architects, engineers and delivery team all sit in house. Drawings do not get handed to a contractor and forgotten — the people who designed the building are the ones walking the site while it goes up. Every stage is signed off against a written checklist before the next one starts.

After handover

A handover is the start of the relationship, not the end of it. We stay responsible through the warranty period, help the residents association find its feet, and keep the drawings on file for whenever they are needed years later.
