Information we hold

When you submit an enquiry we record your name, phone number, email address and the message you send, along with the project the enquiry relates to. We use this only to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation.

How we use it

We do not sell your details to anyone. We share them internally with the sales team handling your enquiry, and with no one else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while they remain commercially relevant and are removed on request. Write to us and we will delete your record.

Changes

If this document changes materially we will note the revision date at the top of the page.
